When you place an order on Bunzo, you agree to pay all charges incurred, including food prices, delivery fees, service charges, and applicable taxes. Menu prices and availability are subject to change at the discretion of the vendors. Payments must be made using one of the available methods on the platform.

Cancellations and Refunds

Order cancellations are allowed within a specific time frame after placing the order. Once that window closes, cancellations may not be possible. In cases where items are unavailable or vendors cannot fulfill the order, a full or partial refund may be issued based on our Refund Policy.
